Digital Painting - Hogwarts Legacy

I love the PS5's Photo Mode and have used it to capture some great moments while playing my games, I captured this shot in Hogwarts Legacy and decided to paint it in Procreate. I don't tend to gravitate towards sketching and painting faces as I find them quite tricky so I compromised by using a thin opacity layer below with my screenshot to ensure it had the correct structure. I found layering the colours really fun and learnt a lot about shadows and highlights, creating the hair was quite difficult and making sure there was life in the character's eyes was essential as its such an intense pose.
