Digital Painting - The Last Of Us

I was thrilled to see that one of my all time favourite games was being adapted into a TV series, the practical special effects used to create the infected were so incredible that I wanted to try and capture it in a painting. I used Procreate on i-Pad for this painting, I started with a rough outline and built up layers of colour and texture. I was later lucky enough to visit Universal Studios in Florida for the Halloween Horror Nights event and get chased by a 'Bloater' as well as a couple of 'clickers' as captured in this painting!
